The Robot Coupe Julienne Disc (6×6 mm / ¼") is a stainless steel cutting disc for professional food processors, designed to produce uniform julienne strips at high volume — up to 10 kg in just 2 minutes. Precision-sharpened blades and robust stainless steel construction make it a reliable workhorse for restaurant prep kitchens, hotel banqueting operations, and high-throughput catering environments.
The disc is compatible with a wide range of Robot Coupe continuous-feed and bowl-cutter models, including the CL50, CL50 Ultra, CL50 Gourmet, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R502 V.V., R702, R702 V.V., and R752 V.V. It is dishwasher safe for quick turnaround between service periods. Note that the current production reference for this disc is 28053W.
