The Rational Square Skewer 3 Pack is a set of three high-grade stainless steel grill and tandoori skewers, each 530 mm long with an 8 mm square cross-section, designed for use in Rational combi ovens including the iCombi Pro, iCombi Classic, SelfCookingCentre, and CombiMaster series.
The square profile grips food securely without spinning, making these skewers well-suited for kebabs, whole poultry, meat pieces, whole fish, and fillets — ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and any high-volume kitchen running Rational equipment. Each skewer spans a full 1/1 GN tray footprint for maximum loading capacity per cook cycle.
All three skewers are dishwasher-safe for fast turnaround between service runs. For multi-skewer loading in a single rack position, pair them with the Rational Grill & Tandoori Skewer Frame (ref. 60.72.224, sold separately).
