The Rational Flat Metal Fish Skewer is a stainless steel combi oven accessory for grilling meat, poultry, whole fish and fish fillets on skewers, sold as a set of three. Each skewer measures 530 mm in length with a flat 4 × 10 mm rectangular cross-section — the flat profile prevents food from rotating during cooking, keeping presentation intact and reducing handling time during service.
Sized to fit the 1/1 GN format, the skewers are designed for use with the Rational Grill & Tandoori Skewer Frame GN 1/1 (SKU 60.72.224, sold separately) and slot directly into Rational combi ovens. High-grade stainless steel construction means they withstand the demands of a busy professional kitchen and are fully dishwasher safe. A practical choice for restaurants, hotels and catering operations looking to expand their Rational oven's grilling and tandoori capabilities.
