The Robot Coupe 28115 Dicing Disc Set is a vegetable preparation accessory that produces uniform 25 x 25 x 25 mm (1-inch) dice, designed for use with Robot Coupe continuous-feed vegetable preparation machines including the CL50, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502 and R602 series. The kit includes a slicing disc (part 28133) and a dicing grid (part 28122), giving kitchens everything needed to add dicing capability to a compatible machine.
Built for high-volume professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations, this set handles firm and soft produce alike — potatoes, onions, tomatoes, aubergine and melon all yield consistent, clean-cut results at speed.
