The Robot Coupe 28113W Dicing Disc Set is a stainless steel food processor accessory for cutting fruit and vegetables into uniform 14 × 14 × 14 mm (9/16 in) dice, compatible with Robot Coupe CL50, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R702, and R752 V.V. series machines. The kit includes a precision-sharpened slicing disc (ref. 28131) and a dicing grid (ref. 28120), working together to deliver consistent, professional-quality cuts at throughputs of up to 25 kg in 4 minutes.
Designed for high-volume prep in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations, this set handles the repetitive dicing tasks that slow down service — from root vegetables to soft fruits — with clean, even results every pass. Both components are dishwasher safe, keeping cleaning fast between service runs.
