The Robot Coupe French Fry Kit (ref. 28158W) is a precision-sharpened disc assembly for Robot Coupe vegetable processors, designed to cut potatoes and root vegetables into 10 x 16 mm (3/8" x 5/8") fry-shaped sticks — the standard cut for thick-cut fries and specialty potato dishes. At that output, the kit processes 20 kg in just 4 minutes, making it a practical choice for high-volume kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.
The kit is compatible with a wide range of Robot Coupe continuous-feed and bowl cutters, including the CL 50, CL 50 Ultra, CL 50 Gourmet, CL 52, CL 55, CL 60, CL 60 V.V., R 502, R 702, and R 752 V.V. series. Precision-sharpened blades ensure clean, consistent cuts that hold up under service pressure, and the full assembly is dishwasher safe for fast, hygienic turnaround between prep sessions.
