The Robot Coupe French Fry Kit is a three-piece stainless steel disc assembly for continuous-feed food processors, producing uniform 10×10 mm (3/8 × 3/8 in) fries at high throughput. The kit includes a French fry cutting disc, a French fry slicing disc, and a grid, all designed to mount and dismount quickly for cleaning. It suits busy kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and fast-casual concepts where consistent fry cuts and speed are non-negotiable.
This kit is compatible with the Robot Coupe CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, and R602VV — note that it is not compatible with the R2Dice series. Buyers should also be aware that this reference has been discontinued and is superseded by Robot Coupe reference 28135W; sourcing the successor SKU is recommended for new purchases and long-term parts availability.
