Description
The Kromet 000.PE-040p is an electric tilting bratt pan for professional kitchens, delivering 9 kW across three tubular heating elements into a 64-litre AISI 304 acid-resistant stainless steel bowl. With a 0.40 m² cooking surface and a temperature range from 50 °C up to 275 °C, it handles sautéing, braising, stewing and sauce reduction at high volume — suited to restaurant kitchens, hotel catering operations and institutional canteens.
The pan tilts up to 45° via a front-panel handwheel for controlled, hands-free emptying, while the lid opens through a full 90° arc. A stepless rotary knob gives precise heat control backed by a signal lamp and a 290 °C overtemperature cutout for added safety. The free-standing open-base frame sits on four adjustable feet and carries Polish State Institute of Hygiene attestation, confirming compliance with food-contact hygiene requirements.
