Description
The Kromet 000.PE-025s is an electric tilting bratt pan for professional kitchens, delivering 6.5 kW across a 0.25 m² cooking surface in a floor-standing, 37-litre bowl with a manual ratchet-lever tilt mechanism. The full AISI 304 stainless steel construction — bowl, lid and stand — meets the hygiene and durability demands of daily high-volume cooking.
Stepless temperature regulation between 50 °C and 250 °C gives chefs precise control for everything from gentle simmering to searing: braising, stewing, sautéing and sauce reduction are all handled in a single unit. Adjustable levelling feet keep the pan stable on uneven kitchen floors, and the tilting bowl makes emptying fast and safe without heavy lifting. Suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens and catering operations running continuous service.
