Sanelli Ambrogio
From the boning line to the pass, Sanelli Ambrogio forges professional Italian knives with generations of cutlery craft behind them. Its Supra range — butcher, boning, sticking and chef's knives, cleavers, poultry shears, sharpening steels and bone saws — is built for the grip, edge retention and hygiene a full shift demands. The company traces its roots to 1864, when Ambrogio Sanelli, a blacksmith trained in Venice, began forging blades in Premana, an ironworking village in the Italian Alps east of Lake Como; it has passed from father to son ever since and still manufactures there. Knives from other makers are in knives.
