Description

The Was 30×20×1.5cm is a HACCP-compliant polyethylene cutting board from the Was HACCP Chopping Boards line, designed for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and cafés that follow strict food-safety protocols.

At 1.5 cm thick, the board offers a durable, stable work surface that resists warping and knife scarring. Non-slip pads keep it securely in place during use, reducing handling risk on busy prep stations. The board is available as part of a color-coded system, making it straightforward to implement allergen and cross-contamination controls across different food categories.
