Chargrills

Char is a flavour customers can taste from the menu description alone. A proper chargrill gives steaks, burgers, fish and vegetables the sear and smoke-kissed edge that a flat pan never will, and it turns the grill station into the heart of the line. For flat-tops and the wider lineup, see grills and griddles. Examples include Maxima Premium chargrills from one to eight zones and 8 to 40 kW, Maxima and Saro lava stone grills, Saro WOW GRILL electric grills, the Saro BROILY steak grill rated up to 850 °C, Josper CASA charcoal ovens and the Josper open charcoal grill, plus Maxima Kamado barbecues and hibachi grills.
