A natural slate plate with cut-in handles that makes it easy to lift a heavy cold display straight off the buffet line and carry it back to the pass.

Cut from natural slate for its optimum cold storage, it has non-slip pads and is stackable, matching the GN 1/2 footprint at 325×265 mm. Hand-wash only; being a natural material, edges may be broken and dimensions may vary.
