Description

This GN 1/2 container is perforated so steam and drained liquid pass straight through, keeping blanched or steamed food from sitting wet.

It is stainless steel with a perforated base for draining, built to GN 1/2 and 45 mm deep, holding 2 L. It is stackable with other GN containers and lids of the same size, dishwasher safe, sold only as a matched set of 6.
