Description

Perforated to let liquid drain away, this GN 1/1 container blanches, steams and holds vegetables, pasta or seafood without pooling water underneath.

It is stainless steel with a perforated base and sides for fast draining, built to GN 1/1 and 65 mm deep, holding 9 L. It is stackable with other GN containers and lids of the same size, dishwasher safe, sold only as a matched set of 6.
