Description

This GN 1/1 container is perforated so steam and drained liquid pass straight through, keeping blanched or steamed food from sitting wet.

It is stainless steel with a perforated base and sides for fast draining, built to GN 1/1 and 200 mm deep, holding 28 L. It is stackable with other GN containers and lids of the same size, dishwasher safe, sold only as a matched set of 6.
