Description

The Paderno GN 2/4 melamine gastronorm container (Series 44800, SKU 44877B24) is a food-storage container in the standard GN 2/4 footprint, designed for cold preparation, mise en place, and buffet service in restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and professional kitchens. Its white melamine construction is BPA-free and fully food-contact safe, handling temperatures from -20 °C up to 70 °C — making it equally at home in the chiller or on an ambient buffet line.

The 100 mm depth suits portioned ingredients, salads, and cold garnishes, and the container holds food safely for up to 24 hours at ambient or chilled temperatures. It stacks cleanly to maximise fridge and transport space, and goes straight into the dishwasher after service. Note that it is not suitable for use in microwaves, ovens, or heated display cabinets.
