Supra Greek Cleaver Misotsatira SQ40030B, 30 cm

The Supra Greek Cleaver Misotsatira SQ40030B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional cleaver with an asymmetric 30 cm (12") blade, weighing 0.8 kg, styled on the traditional Greek misotsatira used for portioning meat and poultry in butcheries, restaurant kitchens and catering operations. The asymmetric grind concentrates weight along the cutting edge for a cleaner chop.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene, and all materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and heat.

Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. Sanelli also makes the heavier Tsatira Greek cleaver at the same 30 cm blade length and the heavy fish cleaver with a 40 cm blade.
