Sinks & pre-rinse
Behind every calm dining room is a wash-up area that actually works. Sinks and pre-rinse units set the rhythm — scrape, spray, rack, machine — so plates never pile up mid-service. Pair them with dishwashing equipment and the dirty-dish side of service runs itself. Examples include Saro sink stations from 1400 to 2000 mm with one or two basins on either side, weld-in and inset sink bowls, pre-rinse showers and sprays, ceiling-hung showers with 2 or 3 m hoses, foot-pedal and pull-out mixer taps, and the Era single-hole pre-rinse tap.
