Serving dishes and platters for restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens, covering serving bowls and oval or round platters for sharing plates, buffets and table-side presentation. Sized for everyday front-of-house use. Most of the range is Fine Dine: Metropolis platters from Ø250 to Ø300 mm, Pure platters, sauce boats and soup tureens of 3 litres, Madeira wooden serving and tapas boards, cast iron serving pans, Rock melamine platters in GN sizes from 1/3 to 1/1 and small Vetro glass dishes for finger food. Porland and Luzerne platters and Was snail dishes complete it. Plates for the main course are in plates and bowls, and matching porcelain is in crockery.
