Contact & Panini grills

Hot sandwiches sell on speed: the press closes, and a few minutes later lunch is on the tray. Contact and panini grills give cafés, bistros and snack bars quick, repeatable service without tying up the main stove. If the menu goes further than pressed bread, step up to the full range of grills and griddles. Examples include Sirman Cort, PD, PDC, PDM and Elio contact and panini grills up to 4.5 kW and 300 °C, Saro PG 1 and PG 2 contact grills with ribbed or smooth plates and one or two zones, Maxima single and double contact grills with grooved or smooth plates, a Maxima toasted sandwich maker and Maxima gelato panini makers.
