Salad bars

Vitrum's refrigerated salad bars bring chilled holding and front-of-house presentation into one counter: GN 1/1 containers in a ventilated stainless steel well at +2 to +3 °C, LED lighting, glass or acrylic protection, and body panels and worktops finished to match the room. Single-sided models suit staffed counters and wall-side layouts; double-sided models serve buffets and canteens from both sides. Other makes are in salad bars.
