The Casta YAK1 is a countertop gas yakitori grill built for high-volume skewer cooking in restaurants, izakayas, hotel kitchens and catering operations. Its single combination burner delivers direct, intense radiant heat suited to grilling chicken skewers, vegetables and small cuts with the consistent char and smokiness yakitori demands.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a scotch brite finish, the YAK1 is built to handle the rigours of a professional kitchen while remaining easy to clean — removable drip trays keep service running smoothly between rushes. At 27 kg it is solid enough to stay put on the pass yet compact enough to fit tight countertop spaces.
