Description

The Was Chefproof Ø50 is a 100-litre stainless steel 18/10 stock pot built for high-volume cooking in professional kitchens — restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and central production facilities where large-batch stocks, soups and sauces are a daily demand.

Its capsule base combines a 4.0 mm aluminium core with a 0.8 mm 18/0 induction plate, delivering even heat distribution across all hob types including induction, gas and glass ceramic. Welded stay-cool handles and a pouring rim make safe, controlled handling at full load practical rather than hazardous, and the diameter stamped on the handle plate means instant identification in a busy pot store.

At 50 cm in both diameter and height, this is a serious volume vessel for operations that cook at scale and need cookware that keeps up.
