The Was Chefproof Ø32 is a 16-litre stainless steel 18/10 stew pot (Fleischtopf) designed for high-volume stock, sauce and braising work in professional kitchens. Its capsule sandwich base — 4.0 mm aluminium bonded with an 18/0 steel plate — delivers even heat distribution across all hob types, including induction, gas, electric and glass ceramic, making it equally at home in restaurant brigades, hotel kitchens and catering operations.
Built for daily service use, the pot features welded stay-cool handles for safe handling during a busy pass, a pouring rim for clean transfer, and the diameter stamped directly on the handle plate so staff can identify the right pot at a glance. Sold without lid, it fits into standard pot racks and stacking systems without compromise.
