The Was Chefproof Pot is a 50-litre stainless steel 18/10 stock pot designed for high-volume soup, stock and broth production in professional kitchens, with a 40 cm diameter and a multi-layer sandwich base that combines a 4.0 mm aluminium core with a 0.8 mm 18/0 base plate for even, consistent heat distribution across all hob types — including induction, gas, electric and glass ceramic.
Built for the demands of restaurant, hotel and catering operations, the Chefproof series features welded cold handles for safe handling of a full pot, a practical pouring rim for controlled, drip-free transfer, and the diameter marked directly on the handle plate for quick identification in a busy kitchen environment.
