Description
The Roller Grill WI/D 1lP is a built-in chocolate and sauce warmer designed for professional countertop installation, holding 1 litre and drawing just 0.17 kW via dry-heat technology — no water bath required. A switch thermostat controls temperature up to 60 °C, keeping chocolate, caramel, honey, melted cheese and other sauces consistently ready for service.
Suited to pastry stations, dessert bars, crêperies and hotel breakfast counters, the unit countersinks flush into a worktop or stainless steel cabinet for a clean, integrated look, or sits surface-mounted where a built-in fit is not practical. Each unit ships with a 1-litre flexible squeeze bottle fitted with a triple-exit cap for precise, fast portioning during busy service.
