Forged in Premana, Valsassina, Italy by a house established in 1863, it combines a 160 mm blade of nitrogen-enriched stainless steel with a robust 450 g weight that delivers controlled, powerful cuts without fatigue.

The double-molded black handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, incorporating Biomaster antimicrobial additive to support hygiene in busy professional environments. The blade is dishwasher safe, making end-of-service cleaning straightforward.
