The Valko PLEXI 35 is a UV knife sterilizer cabinet for professional kitchens, capable of holding up to 35 knives or cutter blades and using ultraviolet lamp radiation to eliminate surface bacteria between uses. The free-standing stainless steel body is fitted with a smoky grey transparent Plexiglas door, letting staff check contents at a glance without opening the cabinet.

Inside, a dedicated rack keeps blades suspended and separated so no surface contact obstructs UV exposure, while a stop bar prevents knives from falling — a practical detail that matters in a busy meat-processing, catering or hotel kitchen environment. Drawing just 0.015 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz, the PLEXI 35 runs continuously at minimal running cost and fits neatly into any prep station workflow.
