The Valko FAVOLA 500 TWIN 40 is a dual-chamber vacuum packaging machine on wheels, designed for high-throughput portioning and preservation in professional kitchens, butcheries, catering operations, and hotel food-prep departments. Equipped with two L-shaped 500 mm sealing bars and a 40 m³/h vacuum pump, it handles large-volume packaging runs without the bottlenecks of single-bar machines.

The chamber accepts GN 1/1 trays, making it a natural fit for operations already working within a Gastronorm system. The stainless steel construction meets professional hygiene standards, and the digital electronic control board gives kitchen staff precise, repeatable vacuum control. Four pivoting castors allow the unit to be repositioned on the floor with minimal effort — a practical advantage in busy production kitchens where layout flexibility matters.
