The Unis Cube Jewelry 1500 INOX is a refrigerated pastry and confectionery display showcase designed for professional bakeries, patisseries, cafés and hotel buffets that demand precise chilled presentation. Manufactured in the Czech Republic and finished in brushed stainless steel, it maintains a stable +4 °C to +8 °C product zone using forced-air ventilation with automatic defrosting — keeping cakes, pastries and delicatessen items consistently fresh without manual intervention.
Rear sliding doors and back-only service access keep the customer-facing display clean and unobstructed, while an electronic control unit with digital display gives staff at-a-glance temperature monitoring. Interior LED lighting and tempered glass glazing ensure confections are showcased in true colour, and adjustable legs allow level installation on uneven floors. Drawing just 0.41 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz, the Cube Jewelry 1500 INOX is an energy-efficient choice for any front-of-house display environment with ambient conditions up to 25 °C.
