The Unis CUBE 600 is a refrigerated pastry display showcase designed for presenting confectionery, cakes and bakery products at a stable 4–8 °C, making it a reliable front-of-house unit for pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants and retail outlets including gas stations. Running on a modest 0.51 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz, it operates efficiently within ambient environments up to 25 °C at 60% relative humidity — conditions typical of busy service floors.
The unit features tempered glass glazing for clear product visibility, an electronic control unit with display for precise temperature management, and automatic defrosting to minimise daily maintenance. R134a refrigerant keeps the system environmentally compliant and service-friendly. Rear sliding doors and seller-side-only service access make it well suited to counter and display configurations where staff interact from behind the case.
