The Tecfrigo PROXIMA 6 M is a central refrigerated buffet display unit designed for open, island-style food presentation in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Running on static cooling, it maintains a consistent temperature range of +4 °C to +10 °C, keeping cold dishes, salads, and charcuterie at safe serving temperatures throughout a full service period.
Built as a free-standing island unit measuring over two metres in length, the PROXIMA 6 M accommodates the full GN range — from GN2/1 down to GN1/9 — giving kitchen teams maximum flexibility when arranging buffet layouts. The motorized dome allows easy, hands-free access to displayed items, while the wood-finish exterior integrates naturally into upscale dining and hotel buffet environments where presentation matters as much as performance.
