Description
The SPM Ice Cream Firenze 118 Gravity (model CAP.118.G) is a countertop single-flavour soft-serve ice cream and frozen yogurt machine, designed for high-volume service at 2.7 kW on a 400 V supply and capable of dispensing up to 240 cones per hour. Built in Spilamberto, Italy, and CE certified, it uses a gravity feeding system with a tank agitator to maintain mix consistency throughout service.
A digital touch screen gives operators precise control, while air-cooled refrigeration removes the need for water connections — making the Firenze 118 a practical fit for cafés, dessert bars, hotel breakfast stations and fast-casual restaurants where counter space and installation simplicity matter. The stainless steel drip tray supports hygienic, fast clean-down during busy shifts.
