Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Heavy Slicing Knife is a professional 36 cm slicing knife made in Italy, designed for portioning large cuts of meat, ham, cold cuts, and similar ingredients in high-volume professional kitchens. Its blade is forged from NITRO-B nitrogen-enriched stainless steel (grade 1.4916), hardened to 57 HRC, and finished with laser-controlled sharpening for consistent, razor-sharp edge retention across long service periods.

The convex, curved blade profile glides cleanly through product in long, controlled strokes, while the SEBS elastomer handle provides a secure, non-slip grip — even with wet or greasy hands. The handle incorporates Biomaster silver-ion antibacterial treatment, certified to ISO 22196:2011 for 99.7% eradication of E. coli and S. aureus (MRSA), meeting strict hygiene standards in hotel kitchens, butchery counters, and catering operations. The knife is dishwasher safe for straightforward end-of-service cleaning.
