The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra slicing knife is a professional 330 mm slicing knife designed for portioning meat and large cuts in demanding kitchen environments. The blade is forged from NITRO-B nitrogen-enriched stainless steel (grade 1.4916) and hardened to 57 HRC, with a laser-controlled final sharpening that delivers consistent edge geometry out of the box.
The black SEBS elastomer handle is non-slip and has an antibacterial agent integrated directly into its structure — a practical advantage in HACCP-compliant kitchens. The smooth contoured guard keeps cleaning fast, and the knife is both dishwasher-safe and sterilization-compatible, making it a reliable daily tool for restaurant butchery stations, hotel banquet prep and high-volume catering operations. Made in Italy.
