Description

The Sirman IS 30 Idr. Inox is a hydraulic electric vertical sausage filler with a 30-litre AISI 304 stainless steel cylinder, designed for high-volume sausage production in butcheries, hotel kitchens, catering operations and professional charcuterie.

Operated via a low-tension foot pedal, it keeps both hands free for casing work. Forward filling speed is adjustable by knob for precise control over different sausage diameters, while backward retraction always runs at maximum speed to keep throughput high — emptying the full cylinder in as little as 4 minutes 10 seconds. A built-in piston air exhaust valve reduces air pockets in the finished product, and the cylinder protection guard meets accidental-prevention norms for safe daily use.

The unit ships with three polyethylene funnels (10 mm, 18 mm and 25 mm internal diameter) covering everything from thin breakfast links to coarse bratwurst; stainless steel funnels are available on request. The fully stainless steel construction is rated for complete washdown by water sprinkle, making end-of-shift cleaning straightforward in any busy production environment.
