Description
Pack of disposable film discs used as patty separators in Sirman SA-series manual hamburger presses. Each disc sits between meat and press buffer, preventing the ground beef from sticking to the mould and to adjacent patties during stacking, freezing or storage. Available in 100 mm, 130 mm and 150 mm diameters to match the SA 100, SA 130 and SA 150 burger presses respectively.
Supplied as a 1 kg roll of pre-cut round dividers. The film keeps patties consistently shaped, simplifies removal from the press, and speeds up high-volume production in burger bars, kitchens and butchery counters. Compatible with Sirman SA 100, SA 130 and SA 150 hamburger presses; confirm the diameter against your machine before ordering.
A consumable kitchen item — order regularly alongside the press to maintain hygienic, efficient patty production. Single-use; dispose after each patty is formed.
