The Sanelli Ambrogio Narrow Boning Knife (Disosso) 16 cm is a professional narrow boning knife from the Supra Colore line, designed for precise deboning and trimming tasks in butchery, meat processing, and professional kitchen environments. Made in Italy by a brand with over six decades of cutlery expertise, it is built to the exacting standards demanded by busy butchers, chefs, and meat prep teams in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.
The 160 mm blade is forged from NITRO-B stainless steel (grade 1.4916) with a satin finish, and every knife receives a piece-by-piece laser-controlled final sharpening for consistent, repeatable edge performance.
