The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Colore Narrow Boning Knife (14 cm) is a professional narrow boning knife (Disosso) designed for precision deboning of meat and poultry in restaurant, hotel and butchery kitchens. Its 140 mm blade is forged from NITRO-B stainless steel (grade 1.4916) with a satin finish and receives a piece-by-piece, laser profile-controlled final sharpening — delivering consistent edge geometry across every knife that leaves the Italian factory.

The violet SEBS handle is non-slip, non-toxic and abrasion-resistant, keeping grip secure through long prep shifts even with wet hands. The purple colour is part of Sanelli Ambrogio's Supra Colore HACCP colour-coding system, allowing kitchens to assign knives to specific work areas and reduce cross-contamination risk. The knife is dishwasher safe and NSF International certified, meeting the hygiene demands of professional food-service operations.
