Description

The Saro S 900 E is a refrigerated saladette prep counter for pizza stations, sandwich bars, and salad assembly lines in restaurants, hotels, and catering kitchens. Holding a consistent +2 °C to +8 °C, it accommodates two GN 1/1 containers alongside up to three GN 1/6 inserts (max. 150 mm deep) — or an alternative layout with two GN 1/4 pans — giving prep cooks flexible topping organisation at the pass.

The glass superstructure keeps ingredients visible and protected while the DIXELL digital controller, automatic defrost, and R600a refrigerant keep daily energy draw to roughly 3.8 kWh with a quiet 42 dB(A) operating noise. The stainless steel exterior pairs with a polymer-coated interior that wipes clean quickly, and the polyethylene cutting board worktop doubles as an active prep surface. Note: GN containers are not included in delivery.
