Description

The Saro PZ 9001 is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter for pizzerias, restaurants and hotel kitchens, offering 257 litres of forced-air cooled storage held between +2 °C and +8 °C. The stainless steel cabinet is topped with a granite worktop and upstand — a durable, easy-clean surface suited to high-volume dough work — and runs on a standard 230 V single-phase supply at just 0.23 kW.

DIXELL digital temperature control and automatic defrost keep maintenance demands low during busy service. Behind the two self-closing solid doors, two height-adjustable grids and two sets of support rails organise refrigerated storage, while six uncooled drawers beneath the worktop provide quick-access dry storage for toppings, tools or packaging. The R600a refrigerant keeps the unit in energy class C.

At 1420 mm wide, the PZ 9001 fits a standard pizza station footprint and suits operations that need a single, well-organised prep counter combining cold storage and a robust work surface. An optional cooling attachment (EVRX 1400/330) is available for expanded configurations.
