The Saro PS 20 is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter with an integrated glass top superstructure, designed for pizzerias, restaurants and hotel kitchens that need a compact, efficient mise en place station. Built with a stainless steel housing and a 455 mm-deep granite worktop, it holds ingredients at a safe +2 °C to +8 °C while keeping them within arm's reach of the cook.

Forced-air cooling, a three-sided foamed-in evaporator and automatic defrost keep the 257 L interior consistently cold with minimal intervention. DIXELL digital controls let kitchen staff set and monitor temperature precisely, and the environmentally friendly R600a refrigerant keeps running costs low at just 0.23 kW. The glass top superstructure keeps toppings visible and protected, speeding up service during busy covers.

At 900 mm wide, the PS 20 fits neatly into most pizza station layouts without sacrificing storage, making it a practical choice for any operation that demands reliable refrigerated prep space and clean, professional presentation.
