The Saro NICOL 2 is a foot-pedal-operated mixer tap for professional kitchens, delivering hands-free control of hot, cold, or mixed water via two separate floor pedals — one for cold, one for hot, with both pressed simultaneously for warm water. Built from stainless steel and rated for flow of 12 L/min at 3 bar, it suits high-throughput prep areas in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering facilities where hygiene protocols demand touchless operation.
The swivel spout with a 300 mm outreach installs through a standard 21.5 mm worktop drilling and connects on a 1/2" supply line, operating across a wide pressure range of 0.5 to 7 bar. Pedal hoses and fixing screws are included, making installation straightforward on existing sink benches and prep counters.
