Description

The Saro MARGA P is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter for pizzerias, restaurants and high-volume catering operations, holding ingredients at +2 °C to +8 °C across a 266-litre net capacity. The 2,025 mm wide stainless steel unit features a granite worktop with upstand — the ideal surface for shaping and topping dough — and draws just 0.35 kW, running quietly at around 40 dB(A) thanks to forced-air cooling with R600a refrigerant.

The MARGA P is built for busy service: two self-closing refrigerated doors and seven uncooled drawers provide fast ingredient access, while 14 sets of internal support rails keep containers organised and within reach. Temperature is managed by a DIXELL digital controller with automatic defrost, and the extractable compressor makes routine cleaning straightforward without moving the unit. Eight adjustable feet ensure level installation on uneven kitchen floors.

An optional VRX 2000/330 or VRX 2000/380 cooling attachment can be added for expanded refrigerated display, and optional 400 × 600 mm grids (order no. 323-5150) are available separately. Energy class B and climate class 5 rating confirm reliable performance in warm, demanding kitchen environments.
