The Dupont Octo Salad Dish is a GN 1/2 plexiglass display vessel from the Octo series, designed for presenting salads, cold cuts and prepared foods in meat and cookery cabinets. Moulded from black acrylic (PMMA), it delivers a clean, contemporary look that makes food colours pop while withstanding the daily rigours of a professional service counter.
At 265 × 325 mm with a 45 mm depth, it fits standard GN 1/2 cabinet rails and provides enough volume for generous display portions without crowding the counter. A practical choice for deli counters, hotel buffets, catering operations and supermarket fresh-food sections where consistent presentation and easy cleaning matter.
