The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Straight Kitchen Fork is a professional 30 cm forged fork from the Supra line, designed for demanding HoReCa kitchens. The tines and shank are forged from NITRO-B nitrogen-enriched stainless steel (grade 1.4916), delivering superior edge retention, corrosion resistance, and the structural rigidity needed for heavy portioning and carving work.
The ergonomic SEBS thermoplastic elastomer handle provides a secure, non-slip grip during extended service — whether portioning roasts on the pass or plating in a high-volume restaurant, hotel kitchen, or catering operation. Manufactured in Premana, Lecco — Italy's historic cutlery capital — the Supra fork carries the precision and durability professional cooks expect from Sanelli Ambrogio.
