The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra Cheese Slicer is a professional-grade cheese knife from the Italian Supra line, featuring a 260 mm NITRO-B nitrogen-enriched stainless steel blade built for daily HoReCa use. NITRO-B steel — also designated 1.4916 / Bonpertuis® — is sterilisable, corrosion-resistant and food-safety compliant, making it a practical choice for busy professional kitchens, cheese counters and hotel buffet operations.
The yellow SEBS thermoplastic elastomer handle is non-slip and ergonomic, reducing fatigue during extended service. It is dishwasher safe, and the Supra line is available in six handle colours — useful for colour-coded kitchen hygiene protocols. Made in Italy by a manufacturer with roots going back to 1863, this knife combines proven craft with modern material science.
