The Sanelli Ambrogio Supra slicing knife is a professional 360 mm slicing knife made in Italy for butchers, charcuterie stations, and busy restaurant or hotel kitchens that demand consistent, clean cuts through large joints of meat, ham, and cold cuts. The blade is forged from NITRO-B nitrogen-enriched stainless steel, hardened to 57 HRC and finished with laser-controlled final sharpening for a precise, lasting edge.

The black SEBS elastomer handle offers a secure, non-slip grip even in wet conditions, and incorporates a silver-ion Biomaster antibacterial additive — ISO 22196:2011 certified to eradicate 99.7% of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) — making it a sound choice where food-safety compliance matters. The knife is dishwasher safe, reducing turnaround time during service.
