Description
Description
The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTF12.MF.2.2.LEFT is a refrigerated bench for fish — a forced-air chilled counter designed for fish display and prep in professional kitchens, fishmongers, and seafood-focused restaurants or hotel kitchens. Holding a precise temperature range of −3 °C to −1 °C, it keeps fresh fish at the optimal near-freezing point without freezing, protecting quality and extending shelf life during service.
Built as a 1260 mm wide counter with 2 doors and 2 drawers, the unit suits busy prep lines where both storage access and worksurface space matter. The compressor is positioned on the left, keeping right-side clearance free and making servicing straightforward. The bench runs on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply and does not include GN pans — these are available as a separate GN-pan variant (CTF12.MF.2.2.LEFT.GN).
A practical choice for seafood counters, fish restaurants, and catering operations that require reliable, code-compliant chilled fish storage integrated into the preparation line.
